Centralized voice call recording hardware

Centralized voice call recording hardware automatically records all or certainly described voice calls and records are stored at central data base. Recorded calls can be sorter by many parameters, notes and comments can be attached to each record. More expensive hardware allows to rank voice call by prepared question list, to analyze and evaluate work efficiency of employees.

Personal voice call recording software

Hardware of this type is connected to a phone line and to your personal computer with specialized software installed. Software can be configured that all calls are being recorded automatically or manually on user demand. User can select which call must be recorded - by mouse click start/stop recording process. Software allows sorting, search and selection of call by criteria (dialed phone number, direction, date, time, duration), add comments to each record. Records can be exported to external sound format. Optional password protection of records may be enabled.
