Basically it has to be differed what is the reason for humidity of walls:
- wet wall because of condensation of high humid air;
- wet walls because of capillary humidity;
- wet walls because of mistakes or cracks in foundation.
For condensation on walls the building has to be tempered, and or walls have to be brought on temperature which is close or higher to air temperature inside the building. Water/condensation always happens when humid and warm air is touching construction which has lower temperature than the air. Humidity always goes from warm to cold medium. So there is more steps or also reasons to care about.
- a) if humidity is at walls because of condensation it can be dry out by simple install/place in front of the walls (distance will be calculated by us) our special heating panels and heat up the wall/area which is humid, and with this worm up the walls and „press“ out the humidity with it. If it is guaranteed that there will not follow back some humid air then it is sufficient enough.
- b) if it is not guaranteed that the air in the rooms stay dry, because of a lot of visitors (like in churches), you have to damp the production of humidity, this can be simply be done by installing the infrared heating system at the seating places of the people. and
- c) in addition it will be recommended to install a permanent heating system inside the walls, where the humidity most make effects. Mainly it is enough to implement a permanent heating system inside the walls in an area of about up to 1 meter from ground.
